Apparently there are ways to convert saves from one edition to another, so we aren't entirely set in ... Bedrock.... ... Yep, I just did that. Anyway, Java edition it is, and if we get a sudden desire to change over, we can do a conversion.
Now we just need to actually setup the server. Maybe decide on a seed ect
Stoner772 If we're going Vanilla, we may want to find a really good seed. I'm happy if anyone wants to check some out, and when i get a chance (Maybe tonight or tomorrow night) i'll go through some with @Sp4rk5

Time to suggest any Minecraft Vanilla seeds!

Quick note, we do have the datapack sethomes from vanilatweaks however you are not able to use /trigger home to teleport home if the chunk is not loaded. Keep that in mind!
Outside of that, if anyone comes across a more suitable Vanilla 1.14 homes datapack let me know! @nelly_2202 any ideas? =)

Crazy_Muffins Do we have backups setup on the server. Might be worth doing as well in case we do have issues.
I have just been on the server and included the Minecraft Path in the Backup

I'm going to bump this thread to see how everyone is feeling about server options. Plans are for adding a Mordhau server, and a Starbound one since the new Bounty Hunter update is now out, but I would like to get opinions about other options. No point putting up a server that no one is gonna play.
